Welcome, beloveds. This space is part of Body Temple Gatekeeper – a home for yoga, breathwork, spiritual study, and gentle practices that help us return to ourselves. The Practice of Presence will offer self-paced resources to support your mind, body, and spirit.
Free Sample Class: Karma Yoga – The Practice of Presence
This beginner-friendly Karma Yoga class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember that every small movement can be an offering. We move gently, with mindful steadiness, and explore presence as a form of service to ourselves and to the world. - (Download Coming Soon)
